The processing of data is based on the principle expressed in Art. 6 of the GDPR, according to which the processing of personal data is lawful if necessary to perform the service requested by the Data Subject. The provision of data for these purposes is necessary to meet the user’s request, or to improve the relationship between the parties.

The processing of data for promotional purposes will be based, pursuant to art. 6 of the GDPR, on the consent given by the Data Subject. The provision of data for promotion purposes is optional, the refusal does not have any consequences, except for the impossibility of receiving promotional material relating to activities and projects.

Type of personal data collected

The personal data collected through the website concern precisely the personal and contact data, the company to which the visitor belongs, as well as the message that the visitor intends to send to the Controller or the data entered in the Curriculum Vitae, spontaneously transmitted by the Data Subject.

Getsolution does not deliberately collect any special categories of personal data through this website.

In addition to the data provided directly and intentionally by the user, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some navigation data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

We inform you that the processing of data collected through the website will be carried out by personnel authorized by the Controller.
